We are seeking aninspirationaleducational leader who feels genuinely called to Christian education and is committed to helping shape the future direction of one of New Zealand's largest Christian schools.
As a member of the senior leadership team, you will provide strategicthoughtleadership across the school, working closely with theprincipalto inspire excellence, strengthen organisational capability, and ensure alignment with the school's Special Christian Character and the New Zealand Curriculum.
Thiskeyrole includes leading the strategic development, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum, assessment, and reporting practices across Years 1-13; supporting and inspiring staff through collaborative leadership; promoting student engagement, wellbeing, and a strong sense of belonging/turangawaewae; and authentically integrating a Christian worldview throughout teaching and learning programmes.
The successful applicant will also contribute to whole-school strategic planning and, whenrequired, act as Principal, ensuring continuity of effective leadership and decision-making.
