Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Web Content Manager to lead our web team and play a central role in shaping the University\’s digital presence. Working closely with colleagues across the digital marketing team, you will bridge day‑to‑day website operations with wider digital transformation projects, ensuring all online content is audience‑focused, compliant, and on brand.
Responsibilities
- Transform key website areas such as course pages and recruitment materials, while supporting teams across the University with updates and developments, all while adhering to web best practice.
- Guide and support colleagues to produce high‑quality, user‑focused content and provide leadership, line management, and clear direction for the web team, ensuring delivery of agreed priorities and work plans.
- Apply an evidence‑based approach to content management, drawing on insights from various colleagues and platforms to recommend improvements that enhance user engagement and support student recruitment, including SEO.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, representing the web team on cross‑departmental projects and helping to ensure that the University\’s digital presence continues to evolve and meet the needs of its audiences.
