The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

You will support the delivery and evolution of high-quality digital products. Collaborate with global users, vendors, and internal teams to drive product excellence. Translate business needs into actionable product outcomes. Configure and maintain systems, manage upgrades, and support testing. Provide support and training to staff and students. Help build a product-driven culture across the university.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience managing product lifecycles, ideally in Higher Education.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and configuration skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience with UX/UI.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, matrix-managed environment.
