We are seeking a proactive and well organised Administrator to join the Student Appeals, Complaints and Conduct Team.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across a range of student casework, including appeals, complaints, student discipline, fitness to study, fitness to practise and academic misconduct.
Working closely with Officers and Managers, you will maintain accurate records, prepare documentation, schedule meetings and take notes, monitor case progress and respond to enquiries, ensuring all activity is completed accurately and on time.
You will be the first point of contact for routine case related queries, handling, triaging and signposting them appropriately, and escalating issues when required.
The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, effective communication, confidence using MS Office and databases, and a professional, collaborative approach with a commitment to high quality service.
