The Department of Strategy, Leadership and Operations at Middlesex University is seeking an enthusiastic Lecturer to join our academic community on a research and teaching path. You will take an active lead role in teaching on a range of our programmes in the department, which have been refocused and built our practice leading education agenda as we move forward with our AACSB accreditation journey.
The ideal candidate will have expertise and a track record of research outputs in a business-related subject area, with the flexibility to contribute to teaching across the department, particularly in Operations Management when required. In line with our vision to transform the lives of individual students and the futures of the communities in which we are embedded, we are looking for candidates who excel in delivering high-quality, inclusive, and practice-led teaching.
You will play a key role in shaping our students’ futures by delivering innovative and impactful teaching, fostering an engaging learning environment, and supporting student success at all levels of study. Your teaching will integrate real-world insights and address contemporary challenges, preparing students to become self-confident, employable, and responsible global citizens.
You are expected to have a good understanding of, and proven experience with, research methods and processes, and to commit to attracting research and/or knowledge transfer funding.
