Join Middlesex University at an exciting moment of digital transformation as we transition from legacy systems to a new enterprise CRM platform. As CRM Communications Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering targeted, high-impact communications across the prospective student journey.

Reporting to the CRM Communications Manager, you will plan, build and optimise multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads and increase conversion at every stage of recruitment. You will take ownership of email marketing and online conversion campaigns, managing audience segmentation, personalisation, A/B testing, delivery and performance analysis.

Working closely with marketing and events teams, you will create compelling, audience-focused content that reflects the University's key messages and competitive strengths. From recruitment event campaigns to automated nurture journeys, your work will directly influence student decision-making.

A key focus of the role will be supporting the migration of communications and workflows into our enterprise CRM environment, ensuring continuity, accuracy and enhanced capability. We are seeking candidates with substantial experience in marketing communications and hands-on CRM use. You will bring excellent copywriting skills, strong organisational and project management ability, and confidence working with complex stakeholder groups. Experience with enterprise CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and knowledge of the higher education sector are desirable.
