We are seeking a student centred, passionate and enthusiastic person to lead our newly formed Campus Life department. You will have experience of working directly with students and passionate about ensuring all students have what they need to be themselves, belong and thrive at university.

As Head of Campus Life, you will lead a wide range of services and initiatives to design and build a campus community, from pre-enrolment to graduation and everything in between. You will work across the Middlesex University community and directly with students to create and foster a sense of belonging for our students, and staff. Your work will take a holistic, inclusive, and proactive approach, with students at the heart of your work, and the work of your teams. You will lead teams to understand the student population at Middlesex, and promote engagement across a range of services and activities beyond the academic curriculum.
