The Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering FCA authorisations and compliance support to a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with a range of SMEs, guiding them through the authorisation process and acting as a key point of contact throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing FCA authorisation applications from initial scoping through to submission
- Liaising directly with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and responding to queries
- Drafting regulatory business plans and supporting documentation
- Creating bespoke compliance policies and procedures tailored to each client
- Managing relationships with multiple clients simultaneously
- Providing clear, practical compliance advice in a non-jargon, client-friendly way
About You
We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in FCA compliance, ideally within a consultancy or regulated firm. You will likely have:
