The Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on delivering FCA authorisations and compliance support to a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with a range of SMEs, guiding them through the authorisation process and acting as a key point of contact throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing FCA authorisation applications from initial scoping through to submission
  • Liaising directly with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and responding to queries
  • Drafting regulatory business plans and supporting documentation
  • Creating bespoke compliance policies and procedures tailored to each client
