Middlesex Learning Partnership is seeking a Governance, Compliance and Operations Manager. This is a permanent position with a salary range of £42,769 - £46,967 (POA 29-33). The role is full-time, with hybrid working and part-time arrangements considered.
We are looking for someone who is kind, collaborative, and efficient, with an eye for detail. Robust governance and operations are essential in underpinning the success of our organisation, helping us to keep children safe, deliver great education, and support our leaders effectively.
As our trust grows, it is crucial to ensure that our compliance and operational arrangements scale with the organisation. You will take responsibility across a broad range of key support and governance functions and will have the opportunity to shape and develop this new role.
Working closely with headteachers and senior leaders, your contribution will be key in ensuring that our policies and governance are strong enablers of organisational effectiveness. Your values and approach are more important to us than your professional background. Experience in governance, compliance, policy, or a related field is beneficial, and experience within or beyond education is also valued.
What matters most is your excitement about the mission of our trust, recognition of the essential contribution robust governance and compliance make, and your high standards, attention to detail, and energy that will drive forward our work in this area.
This role has the potential to evolve into a head of service or COO position as we continue to grow.
