We are looking for someone who is kind, collaborative, and efficient, with an eye for detail. Robust governance and operations are essential in underpinning the success of our organisation. They help us to keep children safe, deliver great education, and support our leaders effectively.

Working closely with headteachers and senior leaders, your contribution will be key in ensuring that our policies and governance are strong enablers of organisational effectiveness. Your values and approach are more important to us than your professional background. You may have gained experience in governance, compliance, policy, or a related field, and you may have worked within or beyond education.
What matters most is that you are excited by the mission of our trust, recognise the essential contribution robust governance and compliance make, and that your high standards, attention to detail, and energy will drive forward our work in this area.
We are a growing trust, and over time, the role has the potential to evolve into a head of service or COO position.
