Position Highlights
- Department: Middlesex Health Primary Care (MHPC) Office in Essex, Connecticut
- Hours: 40 hours per week - with 36 patient contact hours, weekdays only
- Role: 100% office-based outpatient primary care - all ages
- Call Schedule: Established call group of physicians and APP’s - Averages 3 weeks per year

Position Summary
Middlesex Health Primary Care is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Physician for an established, multi-provider, primary care practice in Cromwell, CT. The incoming physician will step into a well-established panel of patients and partner with providers that have deep roots in the Middlesex area, many having practiced here for over 20 years. Every day we work together to put the needs of the patient first, by providing exceptional, safe, high-quality, patient-centered compassionate care to all members of our community. Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.
- A minimum of three years in primary care.
- Active and unrestricted CT medical license
- Active and unrestricted DEA license
