Middlesex Football Association is seeking a Women’s Community Football Officer to lead the development and growth of women’s and teenage girls’ football across Middlesex, with a focus on increasing participation and creating opportunities in targeted communities.
You will work with clubs, schools and local authorities to identify barriers, deliver accessible sessions including Just Play and walking football, and monitor impact to inform future delivery and safeguarding compliance.
