We are looking for an inspiring and proactive TYS Project Worker to join our team and support the delivery of a needs‑led service for children and young people. In this varied and rewarding role, you will deliver detached youth work, provide 1:1 support, and facilitate structured group sessions, while working closely with hard‑to‑reach and vulnerable young people.
You will play a key role in planning, delivering and evaluating sessions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting positive outcomes for young people through targeted interventions. This role also involves managing a small caseload, contributing to partnership work, and supporting the coordination of localised delivery, in line with The Junction’s values and approach.
Responsibilities:- Deliver detached youth work, 1:1 support, and facilitate structured group sessions
- Plan, deliver, evaluate sessions and maintain accurate records
- Manage a small caseload and support positive outcomes through targeted interventions
- Contribute to partnership work and support coordination of localised delivery
- Relevant experience in youth work or a related field
