We are here to support, promote and develop voluntary and community action in Middlesbrough.

Starting salary of £40,777 (NJC Point 30-32) + up to 6% employer pension contribution. Full-time (35 hours) per week. Funding is currently secured until December 2027.

You've Got This is the Sport England Place Partnership in South Tees, taking a whole system approach to increasing physical activity at population level across Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland.

The Knowledge Mobilisation Lead will play a key role in developing a culture of learning across South Tees, building on insights, shared knowledge and learning from the You’ve Got This (YGT) Partnership. The role will lead efforts to strengthen local capacity for knowledge mobilisation, while also supporting Sport England’s Expansion programme to new areas in the North East.

We’re looking for someone with experience of supporting learning and knowledge mobilisation through the development of learning resources, such as case studies, events and knowledge sharing sessions.
