We are here to support, promote and develop voluntary and community action in Middlesbrough.
The Junction is recruiting for an Employer Engagement Lead (Middlesbrough Youth Mutual).
- Salary: £30,139 per annum (based on 37.5 hrs). Part-time posts will be pro-rata.
- Hours: Up to 45 hours per week are available (At least two Posts, full time/part-time or job share).
- Contract Type: Fixed term until 30th April 2027.

We are looking for people with transferable skills, good communication and presentation skills, experience of partnership working, good knowledge of training and employment provision and the local labour market. Working closely with colleagues who will support young people’s development, our key focus is to create meaningful change for young people.
You do not need to have worked in this specific field before, but the right candidate could have experience of engaging and building relationships with businesses or creating opportunities with local employers to make work more accessible for young people e.g. apprenticeships, mentorships, volunteering and work experience.
