Are you a passionate, fast-paced chef who thrives under pressure? We are looking for a Match Day Concourse Chef to support food production and service across our busy stadium concourse outlets during our matchdays and events. You will deliver a first-class public catering service with a welcoming and friendly attitude, ensuring every supporter enjoys an outstanding match day experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with all Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety standards.
  • Manage the team on a designated concession area, delivering an efficient service to the highest standard.
  • Lead, motivate and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Maintain excellent communication and teamwork, with the ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver a customer-focused service with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Demonstrate full knowledge of all menu items and products.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
  • Support training and development to ensure consistent standards are met.
  • Address staffing or operational issues as required.
  • Encourage collaboration with other departments to ensure overall match day success.
