Are you a passionate, fast-paced chef who thrives under pressure? We are looking for a Match Day Concourse Chef to support food production and service across our busy stadium concourse outlets during our matchdays and events. You will deliver a first-class public catering service with a welcoming and friendly attitude, ensuring every supporter enjoys an outstanding match day experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with all Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety standards.
- Manage the team on a designated concession area, delivering an efficient service to the highest standard.
- Lead, motivate and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.
- Maintain excellent communication and teamwork, with the ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver a customer-focused service with exceptional attention to detail.
