Middlesbrough Development Corporation is seeking an Outreach Practitioner to join our 0-25 Inclusion and Outreach Teams. You will help identify and assess needs, work with students in schools and deliver bespoke intervention packages while attending multi-disciplinary meetings and collaborating with families and staff.
The role is 32.5 hours per week, term time only, with a hybrid working model and travel across Middlesbrough. Independent transport is required and mileage costs are paid.
