We are currently looking to recruit motivated, child-focused, and enthusiastic social workers to join our Child Looked After Service in Middlesbrough.

Requirements:

  • Full valid driving licence
  • Registration with Social Work England

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in Safeguarding, working with Children Looked After, Adoption, and supporting children through transitions including reunification plans
  • Ability to undertake statutory home visits within timescales
  • Excellent recording and timekeeping skills
  • Proficiency in direct work with children
  • Good knowledge of Child Looked After processes
  • Confidence in attending strategy meetings, stability meetings, and recording them in a timely manner
