We have an exciting role on offer within our Strategic Procurement and Commissioning service as a Senior Procurement Officer. We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Officer who has significant experience in public sector procurement including but not limited to the Procurement Act 2023, Public Contract Regulations 2015 and Provider Selection Regime.
You will be joining a supportive and highly skilled team who support and welcome you into the Council. The new Procurement Act 2023 has now been active for nearly 18 months and we are still working together to understand the flexibilities and innovation these can offer the Council. Social Value is also a priority for the Council and this post will be pivotal in supporting the Council to evidence how we are achieving this through our procurement activity.
