We have an exciting role on offer within our Environmental Services as a Unit Supervisor. Unit Supervisor required for Kadar Academy, to produce multi-choice meals meeting the needs of the school meal service and Head Teacher.
This post also requires the covering of functions and catering for professional development days and special events with a strong link to the Academy Heads and support staff.
To be successful in this role you need experience of computer-based systems, experience in menu planning and costing, and at least 3 years' experience in a commercial catering environment.
You will have a responsibility for leading a team of catering staff in the provision of healthy nutritious meals in line with food-based standards. You will also be responsible for all activities within the service including food production and associated paperwork.
Please note this post is 32.5 hours per week.
