We have an exciting role on offer within our Legal service as a Senior Contracts / Procurement Lawyer. Middlesbrough Council is a forward-thinking Council with ambitious plans. We have carried out a review of our contracts and procurement team and we are now looking to recruit a senior lawyer to lead and manage the team to support the Council to deliver its strategic objectives through the provision of a first-class legal service.

Our aim is to recruit the right person with passion and a can-do attitude. Ideally, we are looking for a suitably qualified lawyer with substantial experience in contract and procurement matters. If you have experience in this area we would like to hear from you, we will provide support to enhance skills and knowledge across the range of areas.
