Quality and Policy Coordinator in Middlesbrough

We have an exciting role on offer within our Regeneration Service as a Quality and Policy Coordinator.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quality and Policy coordinator who plays a key role in ensuring high standards across the Community Learning and Employability Service.

This role supports the design, monitoring, and continuous improvement of learning provision for adult and community learners.

The postholder will work closely with tutors, curriculum leads, partners, and senior leaders to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, compliance, and learner experience.

• To support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organisation’s Quality Framework.
• To ensure that high-quality standards are achieved across the community learning service.
• To work with coordinators and teaching staff across the service to embed best practise.
• To lead on quality inspections and produce reports for management team.

We are looking for someone with previous experience of a quality role in an education setting and experience of quality framework.
