We have an exciting role on offer within our Safeguarding and Care Planning team as a Families Together Worker.

About Us

An exciting Families Together Worker opportunity has arisen within our Families Together (Edge of Care Service). The purpose of this post is to intensively support children to prevent entry to care and proactively support progression of the child/young person’s Social Care Plan. You will be integral in delivering direct support to children and their families and support social workers in meeting the day-to-day needs of families.

This post requires flexibility in delivery of services, and the candidate will need to be flexible in when support is provided; it may be that support is needed at weekends. The post will be based in Middlesbrough, although hybrid working is available to offer flexibility in this role.
