We have an exciting opportunity for two Corporate Performance Business Partners to join our team and play a key role in strengthening how we understand and improve performance across the Council.
About the Role:
- To embed performance management across Directorates by working in partnership with services to monitor, analyse and improve performance, ensuring delivery against corporate priorities and service plans.
- Work closely with Directors and leadership teams to support, challenge and improve performance.
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality performance reports and dashboards.
- Provide clear, timely insight to inform decision-making.
- Support the development and monitoring of Directorate Service Plans.
- Identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure performance information is accurate, consistent and aligned to corporate priorities.
- Support the embedding of performance management across Directorates.
This is a highly collaborative role where you will build strong relationships across the Council and help embed a culture of continuous improvement.
About You:
- We are looking for motivated and analytical individuals who can turn data into meaningful insight.
- Experience analysing and presenting data to senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of performance management and good practice.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge.
- Ability to build effective relationships in a complex environment.
- Relevant qualification (or equivalent experience) in data, performance or analytical fields.
