Responsibilities

  • Receive training in a variety of administrative duties which include reception duties, dealing with internal and external customers, and any other general admin tasks.
  • Book meetings, arrange hospitality, etc.
  • Have a responsibility to report and record Health & Safety issues/Safeguarding incidents.
  • Be responsible for the admin office and organise and maintain all consumable requirements.
  • Support the delivery of all programmes within Lingfield.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Support team. This is a rewarding role working as part of a friendly team in a busy environment. The focus is to provide support to both internal and external customers. You will gain experience in offering information, advice and guidance and carrying out all other administrative duties in accordance with Middlesbrough Council's values. The role also provides the opportunity to develop new skills and gain further qualifications.

Qualifications

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal and IT skills and with an interest in gaining experience of working in a frontline reception area.
