The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

This is an exciting time for Middlesbrough as we develop ACT (Accessing Change Together) which integrates council staff, partner organisations and provides a range of support and interventions in relation to service users who require support with Housing, Homelessness, Domestic Abuse and Substance misuse. ACT is an integrated service, which means that lots of support services are working together in collaboration and using a shared case management system.

This will make it easier for the service user to access services they need in order to receive the correct support and ensuring services are working together and share information to improve outcomes for the services users.
