Responsibilities include establishing good relationships with pupils and supporting their personal needs around the implementation of personal programmes. Promote the inclusion and interaction of all pupils and engage in activities. Provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to learners. Promote Health and Wellbeing and comply with all practices and policies including Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Prevent Duty, Learner Support and Equality and Diversity.

This post is a key function within the Community Learning Service part of Middlesbrough Council. The purpose of this post is to assist and support teaching within the Post 16 Provision at Community Learning's Lingfield College. We offer a fun and supportive working environment with a good team ethos. The Community Learning Service was inspected in November 2024 and was rated good with areas of outstanding. This post offers a real opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives.
