We have an exciting role on offer within our Achievement's Services as a Family Hubs Support Worker. The Early Years and Family Hubs team are seeking to appoint an Early Years and Family Hubs support worker for their Middlesbrough Family Hubs. We are looking for an individual who has at least a level 3 early years qualification and a proven track record of working directly with families using evidence-based interventions to increase parental confidence and school readiness outcomes for Middlesbrough children and their families.

Middlesbrough has 6 Family Hubs where a range of family help and support is offered both by the Council's Early Years and Family Hubs team and a range of partners, with the aim being to improve children's school readiness outcomes.
