We have an exciting role on offer within our Culture services as a Culture Marketing Officer. Middlesbrough Council’s Culture team is seeking a Marketing Officer to support the development, implementation and evaluation of multi-channel campaigns in order to meet sales targets, and raise the profile of our venues and events, including Middlesbrough Town Hall, Middlesbrough Theatre, Middlesbrough Museums, and the Orange Pip Market.
To be successful in this role you need the ability to create strong content for a variety of platforms, including email, social media and print. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culture and knowledge of Middlesbrough and surrounding areas. Experience of using design software like Canva and Adobe is desirable.

The Marketing Officer will be part of a busy sales and marketing team, working closely with other council teams and external partners.
