We have an exciting role on offer within our Public Health as a Admin Assistant.
About Us
Do you have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills? Are you able to manage a busy reception? Are you experienced in providing a high level of excellent customer experience and professional administration support?
Working as part of Middlesbrough Council, our team supports those experiencing issues with substance use, domestic violence, and housing. You will be to be the first point of contact for our Service Users, providing reception cover across our three buildings, ensuring our service users, other professionals and partner agencies are dealt with pleasantly and promptly. You will be supporting our teamsβ day-to-day operations and provide clerical support to managers, staff and service users.
To be successful in this role you will:
Be highly organized and able to multitask with ease
Have a friendly and understanding approach when dealing with staff and clients
Have great IT skills and experience with office management tools
Have a Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
Have experience maintaining internal databases
Have experience organizing, storing and printing company documents
Have strong written and oral communication skills
Have experience providing a high level of professional administration support under high pressure.
A full UK driving license and Business Insurance is required for this role prior to starting if not already in place.
