What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver and manage high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in Plumbing within the Construction sector.
- Provide hands-on and theoretical instruction in key areas such as pipework systems, hot and cold water installations, sanitation, and heating systems.
- Support students' academic and personal growth, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that connect classroom learning to real-world plumbing applications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and address the needs of all students.
- Support student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression, providing guidance and tailored support.
What We're Looking For
- To be a qualified Teacher with Certificate in Education qualification or be willing to work towards.
- Hold a level 3 qualification in Plumbing minimum.
- GCSEs at Grade C/ Level 4 or above in English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Hold Assessor L3 and Verifier L4 qualifications or be willing to work towards.
