What You’ll Be Doing
- Participate, where appropriate in sharing good practice either to individuals or the team to maintain quality of hairdressing within the salon.
- Promote a professional attitude at all times within the salon and to support a positive team ethic with colleagues.
- Ensure the wellbeing of clients is maintained at all times.
- Maintain safe working practices.
- Maintain an efficiently run salon in the absence of the manager.
- Observe Health and Safety procedures and Safe working practices.
- Observe company policies.
What We’re Looking For
- To hold a minimum Level 3 hairdressing qualification.
- A commitment to undertake any mandatory training relevant to the role.
- To have knowledge in Loreal products – Desirable.
