Overview
Hourly Paid Beauty Therapy Instructor Demonstrator Assessor role at Middlesbrough College. This hourly paid position focuses on supporting learners in developing essential skills in beauty therapy and related disciplines. You will plan and deliver engaging learning experiences and support learners\\\’ knowledge, behaviours and attitudes for the modern education setting.
What You\\\’ll Be Doing
- Train, demonstrate, assess, and support students enrolled in competence-based or skills-based learning programmes.
- Assist individual students in developing personalised learning plans to achieve objectives and meet externally defined standards.
- Ensure adherence to safe working practices.
- Oversee maintenance of learning resources and equipment used within the learning programme; report faults or required repairs to the relevant technician or manager.
- Support the student application and enrolment process in collaboration with teaching and administrative staff.
- Provide guidance to students participating in the learning programmes, including conducting one-to-one tutorials.

- Degree qualification or equivalent (Desirable)
- Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English or equivalent
- Commitment to undertake mandatory training relevant to the role
- Assessor and Verifier Awards (Desirable)
- First Aid qualification (Desirable)
