Salary: £25,276 - £27,604 per annum

Annual Leave: 30 days per annum plus bank holidays

Contractual hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks

Join Our Team

We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Campus Services team at Middlesbrough College. In this role, you’ll provide technical administrative support, manage service requests through the Halo ticketing system, and produce reports for monitoring meetings. You’ll oversee the College vehicle fleet, maintain archives, and coordinate porterage and building services activities. The position also involves managing minor maintenance works, liaising with contractors, and supporting data interrogation for BMS and CCTV systems. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide technical administration support to the campus services team including proactive planning in line with the college calendar requirements.
  • Triage and monitor all campus services requests through Halo ticketing system and support estates staff by information gathering to ensure faults and incidents are fully documented.
  • Produce reports on Halo ticket status and attend monitoring meetings.
  • Manage the College vehicle fleet including MOT/servicing/repairs/valet/dashcam and weekly checks & vehicle bookings.
  • Maintain the College Archive provision.
  • Plan and resource porterage and other building services activities in liaison with Security supervisors.
  • Manage minor facility maintenance and repair works with contractors or College staff.
  • Support with BMS and CCTV data interrogation.

  • Level 3 Technical qualification in relevant discipline
  • SIA/CCTV – desirable
  • First Aid Certificate – desirable
  • A commitment to undertake any mandatory training relevant to the role.
