Middlesbrough College is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join the ALS team. Reporting to the SEN Team Leader, you will provide high-quality learning support to students with learning difficulties and additional needs, helping them engage, progress and achieve during their time at College.
You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver inclusive classroom support, personalised interventions and practical assistance, contributing to the college's Outstanding High Needs.
