Join Our Team

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Trainer/Assessor to join our team, supporting learners undertaking Digital Marketing qualifications. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching and assessing a caseload of apprentices working towards their Multichannel Marketer and Content Creator qualifications. You will play a key part in designing and delivering engaging learning programmes and assessments, while working closely with employers to ensure learners are supported, motivated, and able to overcome barriers to achieve their goals and successfully complete their End Point Assessments. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and plan interactive online sessions using a range of sources and tools.
  • Conduct workplace visits either remotely or face to face to assess learners and carry out tripartite progress reviews.
  • Use online portfolio to track the learner journey (currently Smart Assessor).
  • Plan, conduct and participate in induction and initial assessment of learners to identify starting points and, in liaison with the employer, develop individual learning plans and agree realistic completion targets.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of funded learners to enable them to achieve Digital Marketing & Content Creator standards, including developing business with existing employers and identifying new opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver a structured Standard Delivery Plan that meets the learning needs of apprentices and covers the Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours of each standard.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant occupational qualification at minimum Level 4 or relevant industry experience.
  • Occupational competence in Social Media and Digital Marketing.
  • Assessor Qualification, e.g. A1, D32, D33, or TAQA or willing to work towards.
  • Teaching qualification or willing to work towards.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 or GCSEs A-C / or 4 and above Maths and English.
