Are you an experienced HR professional who knows how to turn operational complexity into practical delivery? We’re looking for a hands-on HR Transformation Delivery Lead to help shape and deliver HR transformation across multiple client accounts. This is a client-facing role for someone with real HR credibility, ideally from HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Transformation, HR Project delivery, or HR Consultancy.

You’ll be working closely with HR leaders, HRBPs, HR Ops teams, IT, and external partners to move transformation forward in a structured, practical way. You’ll help clients build clear roadmaps, improve HR processes, support operating model changes, and make sure HR technology is being used to deliver real value. Having previously implemented SAP SuccessFactors is critical, but this is not a technical configuration role. We’re looking for someone who understands HR, knows how functions operate, and can help turn strategy into action.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and supporting HR transformation delivery across client accounts.
  • Turning priorities into clear plans, milestones, actions, and governance.
  • Reviewing current HR processes, pain points, and ways of working.
  • Supporting HR operating model and shared services improvement.
  • Helping clients get the most from SuccessFactors / HRIS platforms.
  • Working with HR, IT, and delivery partners to keep work moving.
  • Supporting change, adoption, communications, and knowledge transfer.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong background in HR, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Transformation.
  • Experience supporting or leading HR change, HRIS, or process improvement projects.
  • Practical understanding of how HR teams work, including employee lifecycle processes.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive delivery forward.
  • SuccessFactors experience is highly desirable, but HR credibility matters most.

Why join?

This is a chance to join a high-performing, privately run business with a strong reputation and a growing client base. You’ll be part of a focused HR-led team where you can genuinely make an impact, rather than being a small cog in a large corporate machine. The role is home-based, with site attendance two days per week, and would suit someone based in the North West or within reasonable reach of client sites. If you’re an HR professional who enjoys getting hands-on, building structure, and helping organisations deliver real transformation, this could be the perfect next step.
