Middlemore are currently partnering with True Potential LLP as they build out their People & Culture team and we are looking for an experienced and commercially astute Senior People Partner to join the team, supporting their Wealth Management business.

True Potential is an innovative & exciting business who provide financial advice, investment solutions and technology-enabled wealth management services to over 500,000 clients. They combine regulated financial advice with proprietary technology to help clients achieve long-term financial goals.

This is not a traditional People Partner role - it is a senior appointment for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially demanding environment and can operate confidently at executive level while remaining hands-on across the full people agenda.

The Opportunity

Partnering directly with senior executives across the Wealth Management business, including divisional CEOs and executive leadership teams, you will lead the delivery of strategic people initiatives that directly influence organisational performance, leadership capability and future growth.

You will work closely with senior business leaders to ensure people strategy is fully aligned to commercial objectives, while helping to build a high-performing, accountable and engaging culture.

About You

We are seeking a credible and resilient HR professional who combines commercial acumen with strong technical expertise.

You will bring:

  • Significant experience partnering senior executives and leadership teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence business outcomes
  • Deep employee relations expertise, including complex and high-risk case management
  • Experience across the full HR generalist remit, including organisational design, talent, performance, reward and change
  • Confidence operating independently without reliance on extensive specialist infrastructure
  • The ability to build credibility quickly within demanding stakeholder groups

Particular interest will be given to candidates with experience in financial services or other regulated sectors.
