We’re delighted to be partnering with True Potential, a leading UK Financial Services organisation, on the hire of a newly created Reward Consultant role. They combine regulated financial advice with proprietary technology to help clients achieve long-term financial goals. This is a highly entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment where the people function is currently undergoing growth and transformation.
The Opportunity
The Reward Consultant will sit within a newly established Reward function and report directly to the Head of Reward & Policy. The function is currently being built from the ground up, meaning there is a great opportunity to support with the design and implementation of a new reward framework end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building salary benchmarking frameworks and first-generation pay structures
- Designing and implementing annual and variable pay processes in partnership with Finance
- Supporting Gender Pay Gap reporting and developing long-term pay equity strategy
- Preparing Reward papers and analysis for Remuneration Committee governance
- Supporting FCA-aligned regulatory remuneration requirements, including deferral calculations
- Overseeing benefits administration
- Partnering with the HR Business Partners to embed reward frameworks across the organisation
- Working closely with the Reward & People Data Analyst on data modelling and reporting
- Contributing to broader People initiatives as the function develops
About You
We are looking for a Reward professional who is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment and enjoys building structure in a green field environment. You will likely bring:
- Around 4–8 years’ experience in Reward (Manager, Senior Analyst or Reward Partner level)
- Experience within financial services or a regulated environment (or closely aligned sector experience such as fintech, insurance, or professional services)
- Strong understanding of core reward principles (benchmarking, pay structures, annual reward cycles)
- Experience partnering with HR and Finance stakeholders
- Good working knowledge of governance or regulatory frameworks (FCA exposure beneficial)
