Middlemore are currently working with True Potential LLP as they build out their People & Culture Team and we are looking for an ambitious and commercial HR Business Partner to join the team.

Partnering with senior leaders across three distinct business areas, this role offers a rare breadth of exposure and the opportunity to influence people strategy across investment management, adviser services and operational functions.
The Opportunity
You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, helping them navigate organisational change, leadership development, talent planning and employee engagement challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior leadership teams to deliver business-focused people solutions
