Middlemore are currently partnering with an international Financial Services organisation to appoint a European HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is a high-impact role operating at senior leadership level, supporting the Risk, Finance and Compliance functions during a period of significant transformation, alongside acting as the key HR interface for European markets.
As European HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted HR partner to senior functional leaders, supporting complex organisational design and ongoing transformation. You will lead on operating model redesign and deliver people impacts across evolving Risk, Compliance and Finance functions. Alongside this responsibility, you will act as the primary HR contact for European country leadership (France, Germany, Spain), providing a high-touch, “white glove” service on in-country people matters.
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience operating as a Senior HRBP with strong experience partnering C-suite or ExCo-level stakeholders in Financial Services organisations
- Proven track record in organisation design, transformation and change within complex, multinational environments.
- Significant experience working across Europe with experience of European Works Councils - additional language skills beneficial.
