Are you ready to take ownership of the reward agenda in a growing, regulated financial services business?

We're partnering with an ambitious, high-performing organisation to appoint a Senior Reward Manager who will lead reward, analytics and governance during an exciting phase of growth.

Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this is a rare opportunity to shape a strategically important function, influence senior leadership and build capability as the organisation continues to scale.

This is the number 1 Reward role in the organisation.

If you're looking for genuine autonomy, exposure to Executive stakeholders and the opportunity to make a lasting impact, this could be the career-defining role you've been waiting for.

The Opportunity

You'll lead the end-to-end reward agenda while helping strengthen governance, enhance people analytics and provide data-driven insights that influence strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include

  • Owning the annual salary and bonus review process from design through to implementation.
  • Managing salary benchmarking using recognised market data providers such as Mc Lagan, WTW or Mercer.
  • Leading the organisation's benefits offering and supporting its continued evolution, including an upcoming pension provider transition.
  • Developing HR reporting and analytics using HRIS data, Excel and Power BI to provide meaningful commercial insight.
  • Producing high-quality papers and analysis for the Remuneration Committee and supporting an evolving governance framework.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to provide commercially focused reward advice and guidance.
  • Managing and developing a junior analyst while helping build future capability within the team.

About You

We're looking for someone with strong technical reward expertise, commercial awareness and a genuine appetite for working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You'll bring

  • Reward experience gained within financial services.
  • An understanding of remuneration principles within a PRA/FCA-regulated environment.
  • Experience leading annual compensation and reward review cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking methodologies and market data.
  • Advanced Excel and HRIS capability, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience producing high-quality governance papers.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and challenging constructively where appropriate.
  • A proactive, resilient and naturally curious approach to solving problems.
  • Experience supporting a Remuneration Committee would be advantageous but is not essential.

Why This Role?

This opportunity offers genuine ownership and visibility within an organisation that values initiative, accountability and commercial thinking.

You'll benefit from

  • Full ownership of the reward agenda within a growing, regulated financial services business.
  • Direct reporting line to the Chief People Officer with regular exposure to Executive leadership.
  • Significant involvement in Remuneration Committee governance and strategic reward decisions.
  • The opportunity to broaden your remit as the business continues to grow.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where new ideas are encouraged and individuals are empowered to make a real difference.
  • A role that offers exceptional long-term career development within a growing organisation.

If you're an ambitious reward professional looking for greater ownership, broader exposure and the opportunity to shape reward within a growing regulated organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
