Middlemore is partnering with a growing, regulated financial services group to appoint a Senior Reward Manager who will own reward, analytics and governance during a critical phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the role offers genuine autonomy, exposure to Executive stakeholders and the chance to shape reward strategy across the organisation.

You will own annual salary and bonus reviews, lead benchmarking with providers, and develop governance papers for Remuneration.
