This is an opportunity for an experienced Go-To-Market recruiter to join a developing Talent Acquisition function and take ownership of business-critical hiring across an international organisation.
We’re looking for someone who combines excellent hands-on recruitment capability with genuine credibility as a talent adviser. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders globally, using your knowledge of the external market to challenge thinking, shape hiring strategies and deliver against complex talent requirements.
The opportunity
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end Go-To-Market recruitment, managing approximately 15–20 live requirements while maintaining a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience. As the TA function continues to evolve, you’ll also become a key extension of the TA leadership team, stepping into important stakeholder relationships and helping drive broader priorities.
We’re particularly interested in people who bring:
- Deep Go-To-Market recruitment experience gained within Technology, SaaS, ERP or a closely related environment
- Strong expertise across direct sourcing, talent mapping and end-to-end recruitment strategy
- Experience recruiting internationally, particularly across US, Europe and Asia
- The credibility to advise and challenge senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial and external market knowledge – able to provide genuine talent intelligence
- Experience operating successfully within a complex, global matrix organisation
This role will suit someone who enjoys being close to the business and close to the market. You’ll need to be operationally excellent and highly structured, but equally comfortable finding pragmatic solutions.
