Senior People Manager- 12MFTC London Hybrid- 2 days a week in office £80,000- £90,000 Middlemore have been retained by a boutique, purpose-led Investment Management firm who are seeking a Senior People Manager to join them on a 12-month FTC basis. Supporting the CPO this role will divide and conquer the people agenda, working hand-in-glove with senior investment professionals on day-to-day queries whilst also leading some meaty project work including the roll out of a new incentive scheme for the business. In terms of day to day, this is a hands-on generalist role with a focus on managing the full life cycle of HR services with strategic people planning and partnering with the business to create an engaging and developmental environment for team members. This role will be responsible for shaping and implementing people strategies, overseeing day-to-day HR activities, and fostering a culture of inclusion, engagement, and high performance. This role will act as a trusted expert advisor on Employee Relations and Performance issue bringing professional HR insight, values informed, sound judgement across the complete HR service offer to investment. This role would be ideal for a senior hr professional who prefers life in an SME environment where you can make a real impact from the get-go. The CPO is a top-level operator but doesn\’t bring an ego at all. Their humility, energy and sense of humour are all refreshing, and their experience includes leadership roles in both global corporates and globally admired SME\’s, so the learning potential here is very strong. Due to the nature of the workforce and the projects you\’ll be leading, we\’ll be looking to speak with individuals from the financial services sector. Any prior exposure to PE or Investment Management would be beneficial.
