Middlemore are currently working on behalf of a global professional services business to hire a Senior Compensation Manager. Sitting in a small team of Reward professionals, the Senior Compensation Manager plays a crucial role in assisting the Head of Reward in reviewing and implementing compensation strategies and processes to align with the firm’s ambitious growth objectives and overall people agenda.
As Senior Compensation Manager, you will take the lead in managing and evolving all cyclical compensation activities for the UK and International business. You will be a relationship-driven professional who enjoys bringing reward strategy to life and enjoys the variety of exciting new reward projects, including international market development.
Candidates will ideally have experience working in a professional services environment, and will have proven experience of leading processes such as job evaluation, benchmarking, policy development, and project management—from conception to execution. Previous international experience isn't essential, but will be an exciting growth area of the role.
We are looking for an individual with substantial experience in compensation, particularly in salary and bonus structures. You will have managed salary and bonus cycles and will be familiar with job evaluation methodologies, preferably Willis Towers Watson.
