Senior Human Resources Advisor (Richmond Upon Thames)

Senior HR Advisor – 12 month fixed term contract

Richmond upon Thames – 2-3 days a week

c. £45,000 plus bonus

Areas of Responsibility:

• Partner with Heads of Department to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Support performance management, learning initiatives, and career development across all levels
• Deliver expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and wellbeing
• Track, analyse and report on HR metrics including headcount and talent mapping
• Champion inclusive practices and contribute to CSR and culture-building activities
• Act as a trusted point of contact for managers and staff, while proactively improving HR operations

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of generalist HR experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a collaborative approach
• Confident communicator with the ability to coach and influence at all levels
