Competitive Salary + Benefits: £55-65,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading specialty insurance platform for a Reward Consultant / Analyst to join its People & Culture team in London. This role offers the chance to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and play a key part in shaping and delivering the reward strategy across a growing organisation.

The Role:

In this position, you’ll support the development and delivery of compensation strategies, working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and the wider business. You’ll work hands-on with data, providing meaningful insights to inform business decisions and help evolve the organisation’s total reward approach.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with HR, Finance, and the business to provide commercially focused reward solutions (e.g., benchmarking, benefits, budgeting).
• Producing regular reports and analytics, including quarterly bonus build files.
• Supporting the design and implementation of new reward frameworks and policies.
• Contributing to the successful delivery of the annual year-end reward cycle.
• Helping to shape best practice reward approaches in a high-growth environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in Reward / Compensation.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, private equity-backed organisation.
• A genuine interest in building scalable, effective reward practices.
