Early Careers Recruitment Manager - 16-Month FTC London - 2-3 days per week in office We're supporting a highly respected international investment firm in the appointment of an Early Careers Recruitment Manager to take ownership of a best-in-class Early Careers programme across multiple European locations.

The Opportunity You will lead the design and delivery of the Early Careers strategy across internships and post-graduate-level investment hiring.

You'll have ownership of the full early careers lifecycle—from attraction and selection through to onboarding, development and continuous programme improvement.
Key Responsibilities Lead annual Early Careers recruitment for internships and entry-level investment professionals across multiple European locations.
Develop innovative attraction strategies to engage exceptional early talent from diverse backgrounds.
Build relationships with target universities, student societies and relevant networks.

Oversee onboarding and support the ongoing development of early careers hires.
Analyse programme effectiveness using data and feedback, driving continual improvements.
